The current Staff Medical Benefit Scheme (SMBS) will remain in effect until 31 August 2026. UHS will continue to process eligible reimbursement applications under the SMBS for medical expenses incurred before 1 September 2026.

Please note that reimbursement applications should be submitted to UHS within 3 months from the date of payment. The final possible submission deadline for payments made before 1 September 2026 will be 30 November 2026.

The following reimbursement forms are for medical expenses incurred before 1 September 2026.

Please note that UHS will not process reimbursement applications for medical expenses incurred on or after 1 September 2026.
